Client: AnonymousLocation: Hosenka TownDetails: Concerned citizens of Hosenka Town have reported various shady characters present in the area at night. Children have begun to disappear from beds around the time that an outsider took up residence at the Kurofuji Ryokan. The traveler is a young woman, with no apparent familial contacts within Hosenka.
In each instance of disappearance a withered wisteria branch was left behind on the child's pillow. Within the bounds of the town, wisteria is only known to grow in the woodland situated behind the Kurofuji property. The inn built on that land has been vacant since the tragedy some years ago. Superstitious locals dare not conducting an investigation of their own for fear of angering the spirit that is said to linger in the ryokan. Please, bring our children home!
