General Appearance: Declan’s appearance is a mystery to most as he is hardly seen without his gas mask on. When seen without his mask though Declan is noticed to be fairly handsome. His blue eyes are said to be piercing and seem to look deep within a person. Jet black hair lies neatly combed on his head with small bangs hanging over his forehead. He has soft features for someone so battle orientated and his face carries an oval shape to it.
Declan’s normal attire isn’t seen often as he feels more comfortable in his armor but when need be he is seen in a plain white t and blue jeans that are rather tattered and torn. Combat boots are his preferred type of footwear but on occasion he has been seen wearing white sneakers.

The outfit that Declan is most often seen in and most comfortable in. The first noticeable piece of equipment on this outfit is the black mask that Declan wears. It resembles a gas mask with blue tinted eye covers. Covering his body is a large black jacket outfitted with a hood that has a honeycomb design on it. On top of the jacket a large vest is worn that has many pockets and pouches meant for carrying Declan’s knives and other important items. The vest also aids in protecting Declan acting like leather armor. His elbows are covered by small elbow pads that help deliver more powerful blows in Declan’s combat style. Over his hands black combat gloves are worn.
His legs are covered by the same material that his jacket is made of. Strapped to his right thigh is a sheath that holds his favorite knife. Upon his knees are kneepads similar to his elbow pads, also helping to deliver more powerful blows but also protecting Declan‘s knees when performing complicated acrobatics. Special made steel toed combat boots adorn Declan‘s feet. The entirety of the armor is made specially to be light weight yet still protective allowing Declan freedom of movement.

Gold pocket watch - A gold pocket watch that Declan inherited from his father. It no longer works.

- Effect: Much more sturdy and durable than a normal knife. Goat’s Horn also compresses the air in around it and when swung releases said air is blasted outwards in an arc effectively creating a blade of wind. The wind isn’t incredibly fast moving but is rather sharp. The arc is only about 2 feet in length and only one can be sent out at a time.

The main effect of this magic is it’s ability to cause severe burns to on opponents body as well as cause intense nerve damage. Once this magic hit’s the nerves of the opponent they begin to feel dizzy, nauseas and develop blurred vision and intense pain in several parts of their bodies. The gas takes the appearance of a blue tinted smoke but carries no odor or taste making it hard to notice to those who are not paying attention. The user is able to manipulate the gas as he sees fit making it into solid shapes or even becoming the gas itself.

- Effect: Declan creates a large amount of solid gas in front of him to block attacks. This shield has the added benefit of causing harm to an opponent should the touch it directly, causing the normal effects of the gas to befall them.

- Effect: Releasing a large amount of gas from his body Declan begins covering the area in it. This causes anyone in the area or entering the area to feel the effects of the gas on their bodies beginning with intense burns and then nerve damage. If someone were to stay to long in the area death is a possibility.

- Backlash: Large amount of physical strain and concentration needed. If concentration is broken the tech must be restarted. Cannot be used to often due to the strain it causes on Declan’s body.

- Effect: Covering one of his throwing knives in his gas Declan throws it at the opponent. If the knife manages to cut or stab into the opponent the gas is then injected directly into the wound causing intense nerve damage.

Temperament: Declan is a quiet fellow and chooses to speak only to those he deems it necessary to carry a conversation with. Even these conversations are short and aloof in their nature. Hardly displaying any type of emotion other than distant it is hard to understand what is running through Declan’s mind when he looks at you. A quick thinking man Declan carefully plans each move with care and preciseness. It is incredibly difficult to get something pass him or lie to him as he has a knack for seeing through such deceit.
When deemed necessary Declan can fake emotion quite well fooling those who do not pay close enough attention. Saying that he does not understand or quite grasp the concept of other emotions other than distant is not accurate. It is simply that he does not feel such emotions nor cares to.
